These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.argyll-isles-travel.com (the "Site"), operated by Argyll & Isles Travel, a trading name of Pease & Partners LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a regional guide to Argyll, the Scottish Isles and the wider West and East Coasts of Scotland. It provides travel information, ideas, articles and descriptions of experiences we can help arrange.
The Site does not take payments or confirm bookings. Content on the Site, including descriptions of packages, accommodation, golf, whisky and dining experiences, is for information only and is not an offer that can be accepted online.

Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for booked travel services is governed by the booking terms provided at the time of booking.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pease & Partners LLC and its members from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
